Wish

A private wellness retreat. Not just a sauna or spa, but a complete experience, indoors and outdoors. The client dreamed of the full picture: a place where they could truly unwind.

Realisation

This project was about more than just wellness. It was about atmosphere, experience, and the perfect transition from indoors to outdoors—coordinated down to the smallest details.

Indoors, we created a luxurious wellness space featuring a sauna made of warm aspen wood with a Tylö heater, a steam cabin with dimmable LED lighting, a foot bath, and a matte black JEE-O shower set. Everything is finished with clean lines in calm, natural tones and high-quality materials.

Outdoors, we designed a complete wellness terrace with a Sundance spa, an Icetub, and a bold JEE-O outdoor shower. The Millboard decking in Limed Oak adds a warm, natural look and ties all the elements together into one harmonious whole.

Since the client also wanted to completely redesign the garden, we brought in our partner Jos Bouwhuis Tuinen From the first sketch to the final planting, we worked closely together. They took care of the entire garden layout, ensuring a seamless connection between the garden and the wellness area. The result: one atmospheric, complete, and perfectly coordinated whole.

Client experience

The client’s wishes and ideas were central to our design. In close collaboration with Jos Bouwhuis Tuinen, we developed the plan step by step. The result is a luxurious, serene, and highly personal wellness space that the client now enjoys every single day.
