SIGNATURE WELLNESS

Signature Wellness is wellness with a personal signature. As unique and personal as your own handwriting.

A private space in your home where peace, comfort and design come together. From sauna and hammam to spa, steam room or complete wellness area, everything is created around the way you want to relax. Down to the atmosphere, materials and finest details.

Everything about Signature Wellness

Relaxation means something different to everyone. For some, it is a sauna to gently end the day. For others, it is a complete wellness space with different zones for warmth, calm and recovery. Below, you will get a clear impression of what is possible and how everything comes together.

  • Options include:

    • Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is the most well known form of wellness. The space is heated to approximately 80 to 100 degrees Celsius. By pouring water onto the sauna stones, steam is created, making the heat feel more intense. The combination of heat and cooling down supports circulation and helps both body and mind unwind.

    • Infrared sauna
An infrared sauna does not heat the air, but warms the body directly. The temperature is usually between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius, making this form of sauna suitable for longer sessions. The direct heat is often experienced as pleasant for stiff muscles and joints.

    • Hammam or steam bath
A hammam or steam bath uses warm steam and high humidity. The temperature is usually around 40 to 50 degrees Celsius, creating a soft, enveloping warmth. This type of heat feels pleasant for the skin and airways and contributes to deep relaxation.

    • Spa or jacuzzi
A spa or jacuzzi adds the experience of water to your wellness space. Warm water and massage jets help relax the muscles, support recovery and make it easier to fully unwind.

    • Cold plunge bath
A cold plunge bath is often used after a sauna or steam bath. It creates a strong refreshing effect, stimulates circulation and helps the body cool down quickly.

    • Foot bath
A foot bath is often used as preparation for a sauna session or as a calming moment between different wellness experiences. It helps the body gently warm up and supports a relaxed transition between heat and rest.

    • Experience shower
An experience shower combines water with light, fragrance and temperature changes, and is often used to cool the body down gradually. At the same time, it activates the senses and enhances the overall wellness experience.

    • Relaxation area
A relaxation area offers a place to rest between different wellness moments, often with comfortable loungers, soft lighting and natural materials.

    • Ice fountain
An ice fountain produces small ice flakes that are used to cool the body after a sauna. The contrast in temperature has an activating effect and gives an intensely refreshing feeling.

    • Salt room
A salt room uses finely dispersed salt in the air. This form of wellness is often chosen for its calming atmosphere and the pleasant effect it can have on breathing and the feel of the skin.

    • Aroma and light therapy
Fragrance and light are used to enhance the wellness experience and create extra atmosphere and calm. Scents and colour experiences can help you relax more quickly and deepen mental relaxation.

  • The feeling of a luxury wellness space is created through detail. Materials, finishes and atmosphere shape the way the space looks, feels and functions. Together, we choose materials that last, feel comfortable and match both your personal style and the intended use.

From natural stone and ceramics to bespoke tiling, thermally treated bamboo, red cedar and soft lighting. Every element contributes to a wellness space that feels warm, peaceful and elegant.

  • Behind every wellness space is a carefully considered technical plan. Ventilation, heating, humidity control, lighting and layout all need to work together.

For each project, we assess what is needed to create a space that feels comfortable, functions well and remains easy to maintain.

  • Signature Wellness can be integrated beautifully into a new build or renovation project. Already working with an interior designer or architect? We are happy to join the process and align the wellness space with the overall design of your home or garden.
