Luxury Units are available in various sizes, from compact to spacious. This creates the right foundation for the available space, the intended function and the way you want to use the unit.

A Luxury Unit is also available in a high cube version, with a height of 2.89 metres. Various configurations are possible as well.

This creates a layout that fully matches the available space and the desired use.

The price of a Luxury Unit depends on the layout, finish, choice of materials and technical specifications. Since every Luxury Unit is bespoke, prices can vary significantly. The lower end of the range should be seen as a true basic version. These amounts therefore provide a general indication of the possibilities.

Every Luxury Unit is finished to match the intended function and look. Depending on its purpose, we carefully select the right materials, technical solutions and details.

Think of exterior finishes such as red cedar, ceramic cladding, thermally treated bamboo or Equitone, combined with suitable installations, tiling and bespoke solutions.
