In 2023, Jaap Reesema appeared on the cover of Men’s Health, a journey that led to a completely new lifestyle. Since then, he has been training almost every day and paying closer attention to his nutrition. But with a busy life as an entrepreneur, artist and father, that is not always easy. He was looking for a way to train flexibly, without travel time or waiting around, preferably from home.

Jaap and Kim had previously purchased a 20ft Office from us, which they still use every day with great pleasure. So when the idea of a private gym at home became more serious, they came straight back to us. Together with Jaap and Kim, we translated their wishes into a design that fits perfectly with their home, garden and lifestyle. The result was a spacious 40ft unit, transformed into a luxury private gym.

After completion, Jaap was extremely enthusiastic. “I am incredibly happy with my own home gym. This is going to save me so much time,” he said. No waiting, no crowded gym, no travel time and no loud music. Just training from home whenever it suits him, between appointments, early in the morning or late in the evening.

He was also very positive about the collaboration. He appreciated how quickly everything was handled and how carefully every detail was considered. The fact that the gym was installed in just one day, without weeks of disruption for the family, made it even better.
